When the unhappy bar full, it's decrease loyalty bar only.
Players don't ask to move when mood bar full, Player will want to move when club bigger than your club negotiate your player and loyalty bar not high enough.
My youth player have loyalty bar nearly full. He don't want to move to other team that Team Ranking below me . (see in dossier)
But if your player not play every match or never, he will interest to move.Keep your best sub happy(loyalty bar full or more than half) and he'll stay with you only.
